Welcome to Medisto, a professional medical store inventory management platform available on web and mobile applications. By accessing or using our software, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

"Medisto", "We", "Us" refers to the Medisto software platform. "User" refers to pharmacy owners, staff, or any authorized person using the system.

2. Nature of Service

Medisto provides a cloud-based and/or locally hosted inventory management system designed for medical stores and pharmacies. Features include stock management, billing support, purchase tracking, reporting, and operational tools.

Medisto does NOT sell medicines or act as a pharmacy.

3. User Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
  • Ensure compliance with local pharmacy and drug regulations
  • Use the system only for lawful business purposes
  • Protect login credentials and system access
4. Compliance & Legal Use

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including drug control regulations, GST laws, and billing requirements. Medisto is not responsible for legal violations by users.

5. Data & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your business data. However, users are responsible for maintaining backups (if applicable) and securing their devices and login credentials.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing may change with prior notice. Failure to renew subscriptions may result in limited access or suspension of services.

7. System Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but do not guarantee continuous availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability
  • Data loss due to user negligence
  • Incorrect billing or stock entries
  • Business losses arising from system usage
  • Third-party integrations or failures
9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and branding related to Medisto are our intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.

11. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Medisto implies acceptance of revised terms.
